New Clubs and Teams registering with The Notts Youth League for the first time.
Club secretaries of all new clubs wishing to join the Notts Youth Football League for the first time need to complete and submit the form below, you will in return receive a link via email to log into the registration portal and complete all your club information, this includes contact details for all club officials, adding your team/s and the contact details of the person/s in place for administrating those teams, once complete each of those people will receive an email to confirm all their details are correct and have the opportunity to log in and correct anything, the team administrators will also receive a link via email to allow them to log into the portal and complete all the information relating to their team including the completion of the fixture planning questionnaire, once completed ensure you submit the team registration, if the registration is not submitted the team/s will not be entered into the league.
Club secretaries must ensure that when you have completed anybody’s details in the portal, you invite them to confirm their details.
Existing Clubs registered with The Notts Youth League
Club secretaries must access the registration portal and verify all existing information, be that the contact details for all club officials, is correct and up to date, then add any additional teams including the team administrators details that wish to participate in the forthcoming season 2024-25, the new team administrators will then receive a link via email to allow them to log into the portal and complete all the information relating to their team including the completion of the fixture planning questionnaire. Club secretaries then need to advise all other team administrators within their club, that wish to return to The Notts Youth Football League for another season, that they need to login and complete their teams registration details and to ensure they submit their registration, if the registration is not submitted the teams will not be entered into the league.

NO TEAM REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THEIR CLUB REGISTRATION BEING SUBMITTED FIRST
